Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Dermal Fillers & Biostimulators To reserve your appointment for dermal fillers or biostimulators, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the full $100 deposit. No-shows may be required to prepay in full for future injectable appointments. Why We Have This Policy Injectable appointments require dedicated provider time and product planning. This policy helps us respect our time while continuing to provide high-quality, personalized care to all patients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
