Our Story
Vitality Aesthetics and Wellness was founded by Melissa Cantellops, FNP-C, with a mission to help people look and feel thir best- inside and out. Since beginning as a small one room clinic, Vitality has grown into a comprehension wellness destination offering personalized care designed to restore balance, confidence and vitality at every stage of life.
Since opening in 2023, Vitality has helped hundreds of clients acheive life changing transformations.
